OK, so it’s been a few weeks since I first checked out the Instyler. I’ve gotta tell you that I don’t know how I ever lived without it. My hair looks so good that several of my friends have comes up to me to ask me who my new hair stylist is. When I tell them that I do it myself with an Instyler they are shocked. And after I tell them that they can order a 30 day trial of the Instyler for only $14.99, at least four of my friends have ordered it for themselves.

At first, I was mostly just wanted the Instyler to help me straighten my hair and give some soft curls. By simply sectioning off my hair, starting close to the roots and slowly ironing downward, I’ve been able to straighten it in no time. By wrapping a small section of hair around the barrel and slowly rotating the iron down, I can get beautiful curls in now time.
However, now that I’ve seen how well it works and how easy it is to get results, I’ve decided to get a little more creative. By turning my wrist out a little more and the bottom of the section, I’m able to get some great flips that really give my hair a great body that I’ve never been able to achieve on my own without visiting a salon. Now that my hair looks so good, I feel like in need to buy some new outfits to compliment my new look (I even got back in to the gym one day last week). My husband doesn’t love that I’m buying more clothes, but he does love my new look (and he tells me so all the time). My hair looks great, my marriage is hot again and I’m excited about life. I LOVE MY INSTYLER!!! I don’t know why some ppl say they hate it, and by what they say it sounds like they didn’t read the instructions or didn’t take time to learn it, it took me a few hours to learn, now i can do almost anything with it and I love it!!! The only thing I get is why does it say you spend less time gettin ready? It’s true in the mornings, it doesn’t take me as long to gussy up and take my older daughter to school, but at night time I spend 2-3 hours in the bathroom playin around with it cuz it’s soooo much fun to do different styles!!! I absolutely love it and wish someone thought of it about 7 years ago when i was 14 and had trouble with styling my hair!!! LOL
I just got my two instylers today and I love it! I have coarse frizzy hair and it straightened and then flipped out my ends. I read so many reviews saying this and that so I got a lot of good pointers on how to use it before i got it. I usually have to use a flat iron and then a curler to get this much body, but the Instyler did it in one shot. I highly recommend!
LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT! I purchased it months ago and did not read directions or look at the informercial again, just handled the tool like it was a flat iron and burnt my hand, threw it back in the box and decided today to look at the informercial carefully, take it out and use it again CORRECTLY….well needless to say I have gorgeous bouncing behaving hair…can you say Michelle Obama hair..yes I’m african american and with this product have achieved awesome shiny silky hair…I’m not mad at the price because it’s what the cost of 2 hairstyles would cost me at a high end salon! I can now create the look myself! LOVE IT! Highly recommend it, just use it as described.
My mom and I tried it and we loved it. It takes a few minutes to get the hang of it because it’s different from other tools (the barrel rotates and that kind of throws you off!), but once you get the hang of it and don’t touch the barrel, it really works well. I keep it in my bathroom and hide it from my mom because I don’t want her to hide it from me. We really liked it!
Love this product has done miracles for my hair. I recommend this to all the ladies who have curly hair and want to straighten it without frustraion. Instyler is such a great buy.

I don’t know how I have lived without this product ! It is everything they said it would be, and so much more. Not only do I have the best hair I ever had, it saves me time and stress. I am considering trying it but I have a question:
Does anyone use it that already has straight hair but wants those little frizzes on the surface gone? I have straight hair, no body, is colored, but have curly little frizzies on the surface.

I just my Instyler in the mail and used it for the first time. Where was this amazing tool 30 years ago when I was in high school and wanted my hair straight?????? It did just what it promised and I cannot believe how smooth, soft, straight, and healthy my hair looks! I have long hair and I am in the ocean most everyday, so my hair can get frizzy even though I use a moisturizing product and hair conditioner. Today I just left it as I came home from the beach, so I could really see if the tool worked. It did! Wow, I put it back in a clip and my ponytail is beautiful. I can’t wait to see if I get any comments about the condition of my hair. I will totally recommend this hair tool! Thanks!
I would like to know why this item can not be purchased in a retail store? I am sure it would sell very well if it is as good as it claims to be.

I’m African American and my hair is natural so will I need chemicals (perm) in my hair in order to see results? I really prefer to stay natural and hoping that the Instyler can give me a straight professional look.
I never went as far as to call the infomercial number to see how much this product was being sold for thru television, but I always wondered how this product would do for me. The other day I found the “as seen on TV” InStyler at Bed, Bath & Beyond for $99.99. I had a $50.00 gift card and a 20% off store coupon so I went for it! I’ve only had it a few days and I’m not used to it yet, but it’s been fun experimenting! I also just got my hair cut–which is recommended–so the fresh layers and healthy hair to be styled makes for better styling. So far I like it! I was wondering if it was safe to put any kind of body-building mousse in my hair before I styled it with the InStyler. I prefer to straighten my naturally wavy hair but I could use a little “oomph” on the top part of my head.

If this tool is not working for some people, it could be because they are not using it right. If you use it right and are careful, you should not be getting burned! Just always be sure to unplug it after you are done, or that could become a safety issue!!!!
I have fine thin hair and I realy like the Instyler. It only takes me a few mins to use and my hair looks great! But dont touch the barrel it does get hot!

I’ve had my In-Styler for a week now and it is magical! I’ve read the good and bad reviews and couldn’t decide. It wasn’t until a friend bought it and used it on my hair, which is course, frizzy and curly. I couldn’t believe it. It actually straigtened my hair with no frizz and it stayed that way! I am also a huge fan of the Coppola Keratin treatment. If you have bad hair like me, it is jsut as magical. Removes the frizz without straightening it. Leaves you soft wavy hair. Now ith the In-Stlyer, I will only have to have the Keratin treatment at the start of the summer. The In-Styer controls bad hair, it really and truly works!!! Magical!!!!
I saved to get my instyler cause I knew my husband would have a fit if he knew I paind 100.00 for it. He know tells me that it is the best investment I have ever made. I can do my hair hair in like 3 minutes and it looks awesome! I do not regret paying this amount for this product. It is so worth it!!
I have had my Instyler so much that I just ordered another – to be sure if my current one ever breaks, I’ll have a backup. My hair is very thin and lifeless, but the Instyler gives my hair body. After I run it through my hair, I hold my hair in that position for a moment and use hairspray to keep the curl. Once all the curls have “set” I use a 4-pronged pick to seperate the hair. One final dose of hairspray and my hair is great all day!
i love my instyler at first i was scared to get it cause alot of people say it doesnt work but i got it for christmas it it is truly wonderful it was soo worth the money now i can say goodbye to my old flat iron and perms and say hello to nice easy flips and curls and its soo easy .

I just tried out my InStyler for the first time and I LOVE IT!!!! I have very curly hair and now my hair is as sleek and shiny as promised. My flat iron is going straight into storage bc I may never use it again. The only tip I can give anyone is to be careful next to your ears and scalp bc it gets REALLY hot!!!
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!! It is great for flat ironing and curling! I was somewhat skeptical at first, but it is AMAZING!! It gives my super flat, boring hair GREAT VOLUME!!! and it takes less than half the time of regular flat ironing!! I would recommend this tool to anyone who just wants fast volume and easy styling!! My very expensive flat iron broke recently and i was upset..but now my InStyler is by far my favorite styling tool! It is amazing and well worth the money!!:) GREAT BUY!!
I just used my InStyler for the first time….LOVE IT!! I have curly, frizzy hair. Not today!! It was easy to use. It didn’t pull or burn my hair. It was a bit awkward at first (and so thankful for the heat guard) but after the first couple tries I was getting the hang of it and it was no effort at all. Was able to complete it in 20 mins…would usually take me 45 mins to complete with a flat iron. I didn’t have to go back thru a second time. Best of all IT DIDN’T PULL MY HAIR AT ALL!!!! No headache when I was done. I’m 3/4 of the way thru with my day and it’s still straight and no frizz. My hair wouldn’t stay straight for the whole day with a flat iron. Best investment I’ve made for myself.
As i read some of these reviews/testimonials I am noticing that just like in the infomercial it is said that the instyler works on African- American hair. However I noticed that the African -American woman in the infomercial who’s hair was demonstrated on did not have the kinkiest type of African- American hair. AFRICAN-AMERICANS HAVE A WIDE RANGE OF HAIR TYPES; I would think that if the Instyler worked on even the kinkiest African- American hair (& not just what someone not African-American would call ‘kinky hair’) that then the infomercial would’ve showed just that, ofcourse I could be wrong. I have very kinky & coarse hair & I know that whatever would straighten even the coarsest, kinkiest & hair types would straighten mine (& my cousins too for that matter, whom I wanted to get one for, who’s hair is not as coarse or kinky as mine).
