My first one stopped working, and I liked it so, my husband bought me another as a gift. The one in the Annapolis Mall store RUNS BACKWARDS and knots my hair up, of course. So, he took it back, only to be told that they have a 7-day return policy. It was over the 7 days, because he kept it for a gift. So, we're out a lot of money and no two Instylers, neither that works. Stay away from them, and the "As Seen on TV Store" in Annapolis Mall. !!!
